At Style U BD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to make your experience worry-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received the wrong item

  • You are unsatisfied with the product (within reasonable grounds)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • A valid invoice or order number must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging

  • Personal use items (e.g., undergarments, grooming tools)

  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards or digital products (if offered)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at sales@styleubd.com or call +880 1917-080000

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable)

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request within 1–2 business days

  4. Return the product to the address provided

Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or bKash/Nagad, if applicable)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a mobile payment refund will be arranged

  • Delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement product:

  • Follow the same return process

  • Once the return is approved and received, we will dispatch the replacement item (subject to stock availability)

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to follow the return process.
