You can return an item within 3 days of receiving it. To start a return, please contact our customer support team via phone, Messenger, or email with your order details and reason for return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags/accessories. Once approved, you can send it back through our designated courier service. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.
